Wonderful support last weekend and the same again please this time round. Aiming to get all results in by 6.15. The record is 5.45 but on a day with a league programme only.

Goes without saying some super games in prospect this weekend. Looking forward to the 1.00 start at Storthes Hall and will then try and get in a follow up fixture.

Goals by Danny Ashcroft just before half time and one with the last kick of the match from James Parkinson failed to hi e the disappionting display against West Ridng County Amateur side Storthes Hall. Evne allowing for three or four players absent there was never an occcasion that Ealandians stamped enough authority on the game to compete on equal terms. Ealandians were caught napping as early as the second minute as Storthes raced through unheeded to open the scoring. Despite moving players round in an effort to thighten the defence and close down the midfield Storthes were able to add a second with a low shot from the right across keeper Simmo.In truth Storthes could have increased the lead but in a spell of Ealandians domination before half time Danny Ashcroft turned the ball into the net form close range. 2-1ht. The expected second half push, with the slopand breeze in Ealandians favour did not materilasie. Two well taken goals in the 55th and 65th minute wrapped up the game for Storthes with a further goal some 10 mintues from time the icing on the cake. I suppose we were hoping to make an impact against a WRCA League club before the "International" next weekend but we never got past the first couple of lines.

Centralians thrashed today by Western Jnrs 4-1. Scoreline 4-0 at half time. Western deserved the win and were by far the better team on the day. Cents embarrassed at half time and came out much better in the second half, missing several good chances to make a game of it. Leigh Thackrey for Cents, with lessons and positives to take into next weeks game.

2ND TEAM LOST 3 1 WITH GOAL COMING FROM CHRIS PORRITT
3RD TEAM LOST 2 0 WITH NO GOALS FROM ANYBODY TODAY  BUT WAY WE PLAYED TODAY DIDN'T DESERVE TO SCORE

Collegians III 0 - 2 Cents III

Poor first half from cents in which colligians dominated. Second half Cents started the stronger went 1 - 0 up through Bob guthrie. Mark Harrison Scored second.

Trinity Reserves 1 Grangefield 3

A decent game, we felt we edged much of it but Grangefield have two good strikers who made all the difference.
Abetter performance from us, but we need to start picking up points soon. Ref could have been stronger, especially with their number 2 who got away with far too many late challenges, but overall we have no one to blame but ourselves for not taking something today.

Our goal was from Ian Duggleby.

Trinity 1st team 0 Stanningley 6
Didn't see any of this, but obviously shocked by the scoreline. Apparently 1-0 at the half, before things went downhill for Trinity.

Old Batelians IIIs 0 Leeds City Old Boys Res 2

Goals from Matthew Tollefson (1st half penalty) and Mike Ward late in the second half. The score was a fair reflection of the game with City dominating the first half with some good passing football. Batelians rallied in the second half but never really threatened. Enjoyable game played in a good spirit on an excellent pitch.

First Team - Weeks Rest
Reserves   - Won 3-0 against shire reserves. Stef Papa with hattrick ( real hattrick this week)
Thirds     - Won 3-2 against sandal wanders. Jamie duffy x2, Robert Wood
Fourths    - Won 3-0 against Colton Thirds. Scorers to come.
