Huddersfield d Amateur should have had this game sewn up by half time but only had a Gordon Pettifor goal to show for their troubles. Gordon added a second after the interval but possession is not enough. Oliver Rounding pulled on back with some 15 minutes to go and very, very late in the game Ash Gibson converted a penalty to glean a much need point for Heckmondwike that take them up to eighth. Hudd Amat drop one place to fourth.
